Through the maintenance of a proactive and positive advocacy role with government, media and stakeholders, LandlordBC promotes and conserves the interests and rights of rental housing providers, fosters public understanding of the rental housing industry and, ensures reliance on LandlordBC in development of government legislation.

Founded in the Netherlands in 2009, it helps real estate investors assess the sustainability performance of commercial real estate portfolios around the globe.
