Welcome to the Estates. This 12-storey building in Kitchener boasts clean and modern, spacious bachelor, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. All apartments are freshly painted and cleaned and feature recently upgraded kitchens, ceramic tiles, and 4 appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, and built-in air conditioner). The apartments here are all-inclusive (we pay the utilities).

Residents here enjoy access to a fitness centre, social room, storage lockers and underground parking. The building has a large onsite laundry room, two elevators with secured entry.
